One of the unique features of this beach is the vast, low level sand dunes that run along the shoreline.
The gentle shelving beach makes it a great spot for paddling and there are great views of the surrounding cliffs and coastline. For those interested in industry, the China Clay works located to the west of the beach are an interesting sight to behold.
Dog friendly all year too, so it's no wonder that the beach is a local favourite for dog walkers and beach-goers.

If you're looking to explore the local area, Polgaver Beach is located just 2.5km to the west, while Polkerris Beach is only 2km to the south. Both of these beaches offer great alternative beach experiences and are well worth a visit.
