Pendower Beach is a stunning destination, situated in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula, that boasts an expansive stretch of soft, golden sand. As the tide recedes, it connects with its neighbour, Carne Beach, forming a vast sandy expanse that spans over a mile across Gerrans Bay.
Families frequent the east side of the beach, which is particularly sandy, while the west end is rockier, with fantastic rockpools for exploration.
The beach is crossed by a charming stream, which is great for children to splash around in. Those who enjoy walking the South West Coast Path will undoubtedly appreciate Pendower Beach's breathtaking views across the bay towards Nare Point.
